I took this while out for a walk yesterday, I don't think it is as good as the others but not too bad, something about the sun and the colour catches my attention but I wish I had a better camera.

Agreed, could be a bad card in the mix. Test them out individually first.

You would take a Titan X for example, and take away CUDA cores and memory, thus making a 980Ti, that's an over simplified explanation, but holds true.

Well i had a CM Storm Sniper at that time, this is a full size mid tower. And it was really big and nice airflowed. And both Cards havnt reached above 60°C ever while using them as single cards. What happend was, that one of the cards reached 90°C really quickly while gaming where the other got to 75°C. I swapped places and the exact same thing happend to the other card each. That was really funny ^.^
 
I never had microstuttering or problems to find SLI profiles for my games, and scaling was mostly really good. But well it was low tier FERMI.
For nowdays it can even be hard to find a Card worth to SLI that stays below 70°C while singled.
I cant imagine any card i would want to SLI other then Hybrid GTX980ti's or something like that without a custom loop. (maybe that GTX950's though).

No idea, I'm just mentioning what I came across online. Install it in another PC if you can and see if the same issue is present.
 
EDIT: Could be driver issues,  a card that old on Windows 10 could be giving the problems.

I think they are pretty decent, seen a fair few good reviews regarding their SSD and also RAM kits.

Curiosity really screws me over so I would go about 15 or so minutes before and observe from a distance, can't hurt and you never know. This could be authentic.

Xeon e5 2670 on sale buy it now on ebay $80 dollars. I picked one up a month ago for 110, the circuits were beautiful and it runs like a champ. Is there a used chip out there that could beat that deal? mine scores 1060 on cinebench. 20 mb cache.. 8 core 16 threads. domination.

I personally think that's a stupid patent.
