    If optane was cheaper, or Intel made their own version of StoreMI for use with regular SSDs, I would honestly recommend it.
     
    Large game installations are slow, but past that, windows boots quickly and light app usage is quite snappy, even with this little 16GB optane unit.
     
    I would definitely advise StoreMI if someone was able to get a very cheap 32GB SSD for an AMD system, but Intel PCs are definitely going to only favor from a large boot SSD.
