FINAL Update: ASUS ended up closing all 3 tickets basically saying I was on my own so I bought a new motherboard. It's an MSI MAG X570 Tomahawk and it's honestly worth the $320 I paid, I can run my same OC at lower voltage so I ended up running it faster on the same voltage, and my memory even can run faster, somehow my 2400 sticks have an XMP of 2933 that the ASUS board didn't see?

Well on paper x61 is the worlds silence cooler in that class atm, but if you dont notice difference then its fine. X61 should cool better but if you dont want to pay extra cash, just dont. 
 
At first i was going for P2 aswell, but in Germany there is 40Euro difference between P2 and GQ. Look at G2 if there is no GQ it should be cheaper and if its something like 20/30$ then buy G2, there isn't really a lot difference beetween P2 and G2. 
 
Well 50$ is alot, stick to your one you pick then.
 
H440 is silent too lol, but its really up to you. I personally got H440 red and i am really happy with it. I guess it has better airflow at all over the R5, but again if there is a lot price difference simply stick to R5.
 
There is 177$ price difference beetween 980 and 980TI and you can find even cheaper 980Ti, i would personally save up for 980Ti for long run. If time not issue as i said up wait for GTX1070/80 and 980/980ti price suppose to drop.

I just have a quick question, does anyone know how to make steam show the proper download speed so that the estimated time is more accurate? Currently it keeps saying (x) hours @ 1024kb/s when i start an install/download even though my connection is at 15MB/s every time i download a game?

If you already have one card you will get more performance for less money if you buy a 280x.

Two 280X will smoke one 290. Go for it! But make sure you have the power and the airflow for them.

yup, i got the rev 2.1 of the 7970OC from Gigabyte, locked voltages, and no full waterblock support, only rev 1 had that.

Yeah, same here. Got a 290 and the voltage is locked..
