The 400 chipsets will likely launch alongside Ryzen 2. To be honest, a 1600/2600 is really all a lot of gamers need/will need for a good long while.
 
Also, I wouldn't believe that tweet unless I saw some real proof that it was going to happen. Until such a time as that comes to pass, I'm categorizing that tweet as a tinfoil-hatter and leaving it at that.

I was with you until here. Why the heck should this be done? Aren't modern diesel vehicles cleaner than equivalent gas vehicles, and get better fuel economy? Or am I misinformed? 
And what fuel would you suggest high-load vehicles such as tractor trailers use?

That's definitely stretching it, you have to prove intent and willingness for it to constitute tax fraud. For an honor system such as Use Tax, intention can almost never be proven, so you can't say it's tax fraud.
 
Evading taxes, even if intentional, is also not theft in any way shape or form. What and from whom are you stealing, your own money from the government? I've often heard the phrase "taxation is theft" but I've yet to hear in any capacity "avoiding taxation is theft."

Couldn't give a shit, I'll hopefully never have to suffer one. Moving pollution out of the cities is a good thing, I'd rather breathe clean air than diesel fumes, but it's not like electric cars don't emit brake dust which is also extremely bad for you. On a global scale the pollution of cars is completely irrelevant.

Eco/safety bullshit has already ruined the industry enough, every car these days is a two metre wide, 2000KG, turbo automatic 4-cylinder. It'll be even worse when every car is a soulless electric dishwasher.
