JeJaRaLa reacted to Budget DIY in Corsair h115i pro
From most sources I encountered: pumps should be ran on 100% speed, all the time. It's highly recommended and whatnot. I ran my previous AIO for 3,5 years, 24/7 @ 100%, and never had any issues. I also never heard the thing, except for the initial burP when I would do the very rare reb00ts. My new 360mm AIO is set up the same way. I can't hear the pump running at all, @ 100% speed.
If you're trying to lower the pump RPM because of noise, I'd be concerned for other reasons then "it being annoying".

JeJaRaLa got a reaction from Kilrah in I get a S.M.A.R.T bar for my HDD when booting up
connect the disk as secondary on another pc and just seek the files you want to back up and copy them ,
if you haven't access to other pc , you can create a usb bootable , you can try hiren boot , but you will need help from a friend to make that on another pc ..

OHHHH your BREAKER blew. No that's fine. Usually just means that you put too many things plugged into one outlet.

JeJaRaLa reacted to Mick Naughty in 2 1080's off one PSU Cable?
I’m running two sc’s. Don’t feel like runnng another cable and having the extra pins hang off. Connected to the same rail and the wire is rated for it. No reason to run another unless you are paranoid.

JeJaRaLa reacted to JoostinOnline in Upgrade to which i5?
It's not pointless. People always forget that the K models are faster at stock, and getting a better cooler means no coil whine. I'm not suggesting it, but that doesn't make it pointless.
@PotatoYT9 I recommend getting a used i7-6700 if you can. Better performance for about the same cost. Then sell your 7100 for $80.

yeah you have enough to keep enough air going through the case so that everything stays cool.
any sata ssd or m.2 will be fine for you. what ever is cheapest really... i like m.2 form factor because it removes all cables and it's very convenient.

JeJaRaLa reacted to drkknghtavngr in I cant believe 24 fps is actually playable!
My GPU died so I decided to play on IGPU. I was getting 51 average fps on Arkham City at 720p low but got some stuttering to low-high 20s... I decided to cap the fps to 24 just to see if the 'cinematic feel' will still stutter... It didnt stutter anymore but Im suprised its actually playable, especially when motion blur is ON. At first I was feeling dizzy playing at 24fps but after 3-5 minutes, my brain already adjusted and more than happy enough to play it at a Cinematic Level!

JeJaRaLa reacted to GoodBytes in Is XBOX S a good blu ray?
Xbox One S is a tad faster. An actual "tad".
It also features a 4K Bluray player
It is smaller, nicer looking, and internal Power Supply. It's controller can connect over Bluetooth on the PC.

JeJaRaLa reacted to AlTech in 12GB RAM enough?
Latency doesn't matter except if you're buying RAM of different latencies. The easiest solution to this problem is to buy the exact same kit of RAM you originally bought and occupy the DIMM slot that your motherboard manual dictates that you should use.

JeJaRaLa got a reaction from BigCake in 12GB RAM enough?
that tab show the speed and latency you ram is currently working (1064x2 =2100mhz), the next tab SPD will show the other speed your ram can work and the manufacter brand too
if you buy another ram buy one that have 2133 Mhz will be the same of the one you have , that isnt necesary normaly the fastest ram will slow down to match the slowest ram
