2 1080's off one PSU Cable?

Sw0rd53

So, I just got a 2nd EVGA 1080 SC for my rig, the 1080 uses one 8pin power. The PSU is powerful enough for it but I was wondering, since the cable has 2 8 pins, could I power the 2nd one with the other 8 pin on the cable, or would it be better to run another 8 pin power? The PSU is a Corsair, RM750. Crappy pic for context.

I’m running two sc’s. Don’t feel like runnng another cable and having the extra pins hang off. Connected to the same rail and the wire is rated for it. No reason to run another unless you are paranoid.
