Absolutely. It entirely depends on how the content was worded in my eyes. If the website was "How to pirate movies with popcorn time" then I think it's fair to sentence them. I also think it's fair to sentence someone for posting "want to blow up an airplane? Here's how to make bombs that goes through airport security". 

i7 3770 is quite a bit better than the i5 6500.
If you already have the i7 3770, just keep it and later upgrade to something like i5 8400 or Ryzen 5 refresh.

Tbh getting 32GB seems a bit overkill just for gaming if you have other process like animations and video editing then maybe I would see the reasoning behind 32GB sticks, But even then is it worth it to be using 32GB of DDR4 I'm assuming when possible a lower set of GB on a DDR5 could work just as well. 
 
If you hell bent on doing so I would just say 2x16GB as nicer the build would look having 4x8GB might as well just go with what would seem a bit more logical.

Why do you want so much ram? Linus just did a video and even 16gb of ram wasn't much of an improvement over 8gb.

Lootboxes which do not Use this system and gives you virtual currency for the game ONLY is not Gambling.
 
Now before people being to sh** post me instead of reading the full post. Lootboxes contain ELEMENTS of gambling. 
They contain the Suspense of was you payout worthy enough or did you just waist money, You think you will get something great because you where d*** over the last 5 times. Etc.
 
Lootboxes in general shouldn't be in games Which is why I don't mind the direction Germany is going. however for some games it is LITTERALLY how they function for example fantasy sport games like FiFa and Malden have had this type of system in it for Years. 
 
As @mr moose said this problem doesn't come down to poor parenting as everyone would know if you are denied something you go for the simplest route. this being denied you parent buying the game, You will go buy it yourself or get a friend to do so. On top of that not everything can be safe guarded by parents as something need to be taught through experience than just being told.
 
DLC's Expansions they are fine, I Don't mind paying for them if they are decent depending on the game, 
Micro transactions fine aslong as the don't take away from the base game.
 
Now Making games AO rated is Literally a stupid idea, No game company would do it, Purely due to the fact it would mean they can't sell it by normal sources like supermarkets or game stores. I would kill their following drastically.  Making it 18+ won't exactly work as their are 12 yo with 18+ games because or parents or halfas*** store clerks not paying attention. 
 
And like others have said if Lootboxes get removed something will replace it anyway, this being the old challenges system or a different system that's just a reskin of the lootbox system.

On the subject you state they told lies one being possible non manufacture cables used which is understandable for them to think as you stated it damaged you GPU when there was no visible damage to the PCI-E connection. 
 
You need to remember not the same person answers your questions when you said them which is why one responded with the PSU working fine under tests and then the other response saying non manufacture cables COULD cause these problems. 
 
Which is valid if the problem was caused by non manufacture Cables then it doesn't fall under their warranty as the PSU is not at fault (Not saying this was the cause)
As you stated it's non modular so they where assuming this could be adapter cables. 
 
Now I don't see a problem here, Yes you asked if they would cover postage back to your address but never stated in detail and followed them up HARSHLY on the topic before deciding to send it. Thermaltake did all they could to see or find the problem with the PSU, they didn't find a fault with it and ruled it down to and external problem. Meaning it was a Computer part of yours that was causing this issue. 
 
you said you removed all components except a fan before the pc would boot properly. This can occur via faulty installation meaning you didn't take care and could have cause a component to not be fully seated which can cause sudden crashes or power shutdowns. 
 
I'm sorry if I don't see the problem but from third person via on it. Thermaltake did stay to their word, you made it too vague on what you wanted. 
 
Secondly I found it odd you still pushed the topic of your GPU onto them, which kinda leads me to believe you where wanting the PSU to be the fault of a GPU failure so you could get it replaced via them. Making me thing that GPU was already dying and you where using the PSU as a way out of having to pay for a new one. 
 
Soo long reasoning short. I don't see how the handled things poorly, While reading it I was more suspicious or you than anything. your where kind trying to convince them it was the PSU's fault when they said everything was fine.

I'm as much against loot boxes as the next person, but this won't solve anything.  Publishers will just avoid selling those games in the German market, and people in Germany who really want it will find a way to buy it anyway (via VPNs, for example).  Nothing will change, except it will be harder for some people to buy the games.
Pretty much this, except I disagree with the government ban.  If loot boxes are banned, then the publishers will just find yet another cancerous system to implement in its place.  Now that the proverbial genie is out of the bottle, and publishers have got a taste of the profits they can make from this, they'll simply find a new way to get their "pound of flesh".

Ummm you know Pc's and Mac's are two different things in which people do different stuff on it. If you are someone who tinkers with your PC a lot then ya your gonna run in to a lot of the problems above. 
 
Viruses - Just Don't. I have stated many times before this I now an invalid point as a virus for a windows pc is just as common to be on an iOS system. 
 
Notifications are notifications and Ads only pop up in Browsers not on your Damn OS. Like seriously. 
 
TBH who uses internet Explorer or Safari majority of people go fro Firefox, Chrome and other Browsers overall.

The xbox accessories App for Windows 10 allows your controller to get the updates that are given to controllers on the xbox one. Sooo it most likely got screwed during the transition to windows 10 from 8.1 (Not surprised really) And when a new update pushed it on it recalibrated it. Or well that's what I think. I highly doubt an app could cause the calibration issue if it was installed correctly.

the gain of the 1800x in multithreaded performance is alot lower then the amount of loss in single threaded performance.
Infact the Multithread performance of an 8700k OC'ed to 5GhZ+ compared to the 1800x OC'ed to 4GhZ is negigible.

 
The 8700k is currently the best of both worlds you can buy and therefore the most solid choice for the OP considered that he is also gaming. Or in other words waiting 10seconds longer for rendering to complete isnt as huge as having 15-40% less fps when gaming.

I Would recommend going for a Ryzen 7 1800x, It is a better all round CPU which would be more ideal as it seems it can render a video in the background while still gaming or doing other things without much notice to it doing said process....
