well alot of thoes programs make it so you can run the game they dont run 100% like they do on windows they have alot more glitches and issues and you dont can anything about that other then getting windows
 
or do what i do install the windows 8.1 90 day trial after 90 days rearm it so it works for another 90 days then reinstall it after that

For gaming only get the i5 but the fx-8350 is unlocked and the 4670 isn't so no overclocking.
If you are rendering and video editing or streaming go with the fx-8350.
At the end of the day fanboyism aside they are both solid choices.

those temps are fine modern CPU's are made to withstand temps of 100c but as long as there both under 85c your perfectly fine but it would be nice for them to run cooler but it's fine running at thst temp

yeah i was planning it get the 860k bur the day i could order the parts it was like $120 with was really odd becase its ually like 90 max so i had to get the 760. and the r7 260 is not a bad card at all i can gun gta 5 and alot of newer games on low, im not a person who cars about 1080p 60FPS im fine at 30fps on low at 720p i just want to play the game idc about it looking its best

yeah man its not a good idea to OC with a stock cooler thats your problem 

well i mean its never good to run your pc 24/7 because it will make all the parts not last as long i always shut mine off at night and when im at work

Typical can but you'll want to get new thermal paste and if it starts getting hot shut it down but if there's a good amount on it and it's not hard or dry you should be fine
