All I have to do now is move over my windows 10, all drivers, and then GTA 5 will be the only game I will put on it. 
How would you guys recommend me going about moving these files over? I have no idea how to even detect the drive with windows 10 either...
I'm not the best when it comes to software btw.

Your friends are not very smart anyways, or they think they are some sort of elitists in performance terms. The gtx970, which I also have, is a beast of a card but for your resolution, your card is enough. Don't listen to them. If your GPU runs your games, then its powerful enough

The G.I. bill grants percentages of tuition based on time in active duty.
After 4 years is 100% tuition covered.
Idk about Army, but in the Marine Corps you get your training for your MOS after MCT if your are not infantry, if you are infantry you go through ITB and then stationed with your unit. I think Army sends you to your MOS training after basic, but I am not too sure, so don't quote me.
A lot of Marines would enlist as reservists and go to civilian schools. Killing two birds with one stone.

miles and a limited ran engine package.

Well thats faster than my truck which has only gotten to 70 mph.... I want my step dads mazda speed 6 though. I have seen it go 130mph

those prior to 1997 are just not as desirable. they had IDI turbo systems
which were not really powerful.
 
the 7.3L prior to the powerstrokes of 1999 were fair. not really the best power
and/or economy. their drawback was exhaust. and if towing over 4000pounds,
the economy really suffered and made for a disappointing purchase.
those trucks needed the down-pipe replaced for a 3.0" (under 7500pound tow)
or 3.5" (over 7500pound tow). as to improving the power, BD Brake was good
deffo need monitoring (gauges).
 
 
my recommendation is to to find a 1997/1998 powerstroke or 1999/2001 to
surpass all the issues on the pre-powerstroke diesels.

To much in gas. And the weight distribution would be off.  Just saying

The 7.3 is a great engine that they've been using forever. If maintained properly, they'll run forever. So I'd see how the previous owner treated and maintained it.
