I'm the opposite, I would take the A9 and iOS on my S7. SD 820 runs hot and is much less efficient than the A9. 

In the case of 6S vs S7, you get a much more efficient phone, a cooler running phone (especially compared to the SD 820), prompt security updates, reliability, and high resale value with the iPhone. As great as the S7 is, and I love mine, the 6s is still better in many areas.

Well, I guess my point is that upping the resolution isn't really going to do much, it's still gonna suck because it has a green or yellow tint, it has bad low light performance, or the framerate isn't high enough. People will just find something else to complain about. 

I still don't think it's an attractive car. It was boring before, but now it looks like they've stuck the nose of a sports car on the front of a Mazda 6.

If you're going to buy a second fan for a 212 EVO, you might as well just step up to a better cooler instead. The Noctua UH-12S is about as good as single-tower coolers get, but it's about twice the price of the 212 EVO. The Cryorig H5 Ultimate and Universal are lower priced (about 1.5x the cost of the 212 EVO) and do an oustanding job as well for roughly the price of an EVO and a second fan.
 
Seriously though, if you add a second fan to a 212 EVO--and this is speaking from experience--all you're doing is making it louder. You'll shave 2-3C off of your core temps. Spend that on a better cooler instead, and you'll be much happier.
