That's funny, because my G500 started double clicking on me after two years of use. I contacted Logitech support anf after three emails, and as many days later. They confirmed that they would ship me a G502, free of charge.
The only issues I had was on DHL's part. They dropped the mouse off three miles away from where I live.

Happened with my Razer kraken and about after a month it completely stopped playing sound through the mic. It might be just because its new, plus you should use Teamspeak as Skype sucks imo

Some guy came into my work today (I work for a shipping company) to pick up a package that had customs duty on it. He asked what it was, so we looked, it was from Pebble, and he was puzzled, he said he never ordered another one, and already had one, and was never charged for 2 or anything. I said he was lucky he could get a 2nd pebble for 30 dollars (the duty that was owed on it), then he said "I don't want it, do you? Just pay the duty and it's yours." I got a brand new Pebble, in box, unopened, for 32 dollars today.

This games already dead to me. To little to late ubisoft. You guys screwed a lot of people, Support line is garbage and said my rigs to "low end" to run on ultra... yeah ok. Pretty sure sli 780's isnt low end.
 
As far as im concerned watch dogs is dead to me and ubisoft will never see a penny of my money again unless they can learn how to properly treat their customers.
 
Edit: I should also note im not the only person that has had problems with their support line, ive seen tons of people being told exactly the same as me including my father and my best friend!

The warranty is only void if they can prove that i did something wrong with it. And i didn't buy a new laptop only to be afraid to use it :-) I just need some help getting the most out of it.

Ok so I feel like an idiot. I opened it up and my heatsink hasn't even touched my processor, as in the thermal paste wasn't even smeared a little. Turns out those intel snap-in heatsinks aren't as idiot-proof as one might hope. Everything works like a dream now, and I cant thank you guys enough. Seriously, I'll mail you guys beers if you want haha.
