The 990dts is exteemely comfy to most People and Got decent soundstage. Have not tried the others so I can't give you an answer. Pretty sure @Dackzy has tried both the 598 and 990s

after re-reading on of your above post. I'd say go with the 1700. Should benefit you in almost all ways.

And plenty good cases available in the 50-100 usd price range.

I use some software produced by a company called AOMEI.  The software that I use is their partition assistant and their backup manager.  Best of all, they are both FREE.

mATX case for an itx build? Why? If your going with that case you might be able to find a cheaper mATX board

The pi is not that well equipped to do so, but it is totally doable and pretty cheap. Just google raspberry pi NAS 

Solved by adding an external USB hdd. Slow but better.
 
the greatest advantage the pi has over the clones such as bananapi is the community. As well as being cheaper.

If you disconnect everything and jump the PSU by connecting the green and any of the black wires on the 24pin does the PSU fan start to run? If not it's pretty certain a dead psu

Order is fine . If you plan on having the water come into res from the top, make sure to get the internal tube/pipe for the res to avoid air bubbles forming

oh this is quite simple, your amp has more power around 300 Ohm than it has around 25 Ohm.
Your amp can output 170mW at 250 Ohm, while only 150 mW at 30 Ohm, I suspect that it is even less at 25 Ohm. So it makes sense that you need to turn your amp up. 

You also sound like you are asking for help trying to bypass those websites rules that got you banned in the first place.
