To start you could try +50MHz on the core and +500MHz on the memory. If you think +50MHz is too high to start with, then +25MHz would do. I move the core up in +20MHz steps and back down 10MHz steps in case it is unstable or artifacts.

The memory should be capable of +500MHz no bother. This would make the effective rate 8000MHz instead of 7000MHz. If you wish you can push memory further with a +600/650/700MHz offset.

Pot temp at 1.563v "idle"  at windows was like - 64c, under load around - 52 c.

With lower volts and clocks in firestrike,  say 1.33v 1650 mhz,  pot was like - 71 idle,  - 62c load.

I also posted in the valley thread with same clocks,  that was like - 48c at one point towards the end of the test.

In firestrike at 5.7 1.7v on cpu,  idle temp - 73ish,  load in physics - 68

THESE ARE POT TEMPS, NOT CPU/GPU TEMP.

7 and 10 end up being about the same.  8 is a little bit worse than both.  Just have to use the right drivers.  The best drivers for NVIDIA, at least up through February when I sold my 970s, was 353.62.

Jesus that is some serious GPU and CPU overclock there!

What are you cooling the CPU with? I cannot seem to get mine past 4.5 ghz, but have also not tried to run over 1.4 vcore. I also have problems getting my titan's higher than 1354 mhz -_- Cooling should not be an issue.

Pretty crazy, huh?  That run was a little while ago during a benchmark competition and I have since got my 5960x up and running at 4988 MHz with around the same voltage as the 4905 MHz.  During the run I just submitted here, I was cooling the 5960x with (2) 360mm rads and (1) 240mm.

I have since upgraded my cooling a bit to (5) 360mm EK PE 360mm rads.  I use (23) EK Vardar F4 120ER fans because they are extended range and can function well anywhere from 350 RPM all the way up to 2200 RPM.  Due to the substantial radiator surface area, I can run the fans and pumps at an inaudible level for just about anything I do, but if I need more, they ramp up on their own.

I'm confident that you have a lot of room left in the 5960x overclock of yours.  Did my eyes deceive me or are you running (4) Titan Xs?  Your cards should definitely be capable of running higher than 1354.  If my little 980 Tis can do it, I'm very sure they can.

I should have everything ready to make a couple new runs here in the next day or so.  I'm in the middle of wrapping up taxes so I can have some of that Broadwell-E money.  :D

I attached a screen capture of the overclock I'm working on now along with some of the cooling system.  I should have everything ready to make a couple new runs here in the next day or so.  I'm in the middle of wrapping up taxes so I can have some of that Broadwell-E money.  :D

That is some real impressive overclocks, and also a great looking build. I am a complete noob when it comes to overclocking, so I have no idea where to start. Currently all I have done is just ramp up the multi to 45, and then manually set the vcore to 1.375. I do not actually know what is the limiting factor, but I just found out that the ram I have is only 2133 mhz, and do honestly not know if they are bottleknecking anything?

This is the build I am benching on, and I have actually found that the radiator capacity in this thing is more than able to handle the load.

Regarding the graphic cards, I get bsod whenever I try and overclock them past +210 mhz core in MSI afterburner, so I am still stuck there :D

Thanks for the picture of your overclock. I will give it a few looks.

Just a quick update, I will likely take over managing the spreadsheet again soon. Being a developer, and lazy, I think I will likely create a new system to parse the results.

Here is what I'm thinking...

Have a script run on one of my servers to scan this thread for 3dmark links. Take those links and scrape 3dmark for all the required information and dump that data to a google spreadsheet. This would fully automate the spreadsheet updates.

Woo-Hooo, Welcome Back, and yes that's a great idea and that's exactly what should've been done in the first place!

Overall score is lower than my 3570K and GTX 980 xD (Unless it's FireStrike Extreme then you've crushed it...)

Post your 3DMark Link so people can view the CPU and GPU score. That's what matters really imo.
