How to prevent scratches on an acrylic side panel?

Every single case i've had with an acrylic side panel ended up scratch.

My Cougar was perhaps the worse one, i tried to clean it with water and a microfiber fiber and i just done fucked up with it.

A few days ago i got CM Cosmos SE case, beautiful case, i love it, but it also came with the dreaded acrylic side panel.

I think its too much of a stretch to cut the panel and shoehorn a glass side panel on it, so i just want to know, what can i do to prevent scratches on it?

Also, if someone happens to touch their greasy fingers on it (read: me), what can i use to clean it and not scratch it?

usually the grade of acrylic that is used can give that type of performance deficiency.

@Mnpctech uses a cast acrylic that has a better defense of scratches (within reason of force).

a pretty effort to trim the BOM cost is to use lackluster performing acrylic.

Yeah this works pretty well for cheap acrylic. Thankfully my Enthoo Pro seems to have pretty decent acrylic so I've been able to get away with a reasonably soft microfiber towel and still haven't gotten a single noticeable scratch.

dont touch it , use compressed air to clean...or replace with glass.

not removing the protective plastinc is about the only thing i can think off. acrylic just really loves to get scratches

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Thats pretty easy to get, i'll buy one tomorrow.

I think the acrylic itself is at least more decent in comparison with the ones i had previously, the case costs a lot more

Yep, cloth did the trick! 

Bought one on the lens store a few minutes ago, deliberatly stained the panel with finger grease, wiped it and no damage was done

All PC case windows windows are injected molded with some type of material we haven't been able to confirm. It's cloudy and scratches very easily, as you've witnessed. 100% cast acrylic offers more durability, visual clarity and more resilience to scratches.
