Posted October 30, 2018 Are you a newbie? Free weights is better than machines, I'd merely get a reclining bench and a pull up bar and you're in business... for probably $150. That price seems fair for that setup, you could probably do it for a lot less because lots of people throw that kind of stuff out or sell it at garage sales. Free weights would be better. Yes, unfortunately I eat nearly 1200 kcals before noon and hitting the gym is always a necessity while I'm at the college rather than at home. Free gym at the college! Oddly enough I hit the gym before microbiology. Getting stronger to lift the nearly weightless... I use free weights and a bench and it's been perfectly fine. 1 hour ago, Canada EH said: Yeah not many crush weights here, I have a gym membership so I go when I remember crush some weights and just watch, not glare, but act natural. Haha, I've never been to a gym. Just been generally lucky with physique. I picked up a complete set of weights from 5 lbs to 50 lbs dumbbells for $140 including the stand. Great deal. Posted October 30, 2018 I own a gym - because I cant workout at home, because I wont. I also own a gym because I love dat life. Join a gym with all the equipment you need and don't worry about what people in those gyms are doing - just worry about yourself. You are more likely to buy this, and have it sit in your basement or garage until you sell it because...that's how my gym acquires a lot of its equipment. It just is what it is. Heck in the Midwest its $10 a month to join a fitness gym. Way more affordable than buying a piece of equipment you wont use. Posted October 30, 2018 What are your height restrictions? I went with a rack from Rep Fitness and it's been great for almost 2 years now. Posted November 2, 2018 Author Replays not related to what I asked. Why is it so difficult to answer the question? I didnt ask about gym membership, owning gym stories or if free weights are better than machines. Jesus. People. Reason why i ask here is because even on bodybuilding forum nobody answered. Still better than reading spam not related to simple questions.
