The best CPU for gaming, for other workloads, Ryzen is better.

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

This processor is quite worthless it is a rebranded i5 7600k which was already overpriced and pointless, you can go i5 8400 on a b360 instead and have superior performance while actually saving funds most likely.

Dell optiplex builds, often thrown out by companies or sold for under a hundred bucks usually has a i7 2600 or 3770 in it with 8GB of ram and a 1-2TB HDD, all it needs is a new gpu and PSU (and possibly case due to space issues)

Used GTX770s can be had for less than 80€ which is pretty good value. About as strong as a GTX1050/Ti which is double the price.

It depends on what you play. If you're doing light-ish gaming the GTX770 is great

Not Really the GTX 770 can do any gaming you want at all, if you're in 1920x1080p60hz it is a very capable card indeed.

You cannot make topic like this and then use that as counter-argument. Everything depends on what the purpose OR budget is. If you are looking for AAA games at max settings and super-duper resolution, you aren't going to get anything cheap.
