Don't lump me in with them. I'm an enthusiast of mechanic design, be it engines, weaponry, or productive machinery. Not a guy with a wrench that reads the marketing garbage AFE/insert other "enthusiast" brand that can't legally warranty half of their products.

I fail to see a correlation between people screeching variations of "forced induction is more efficient!!! Reclaimed energy!!!" and anything I've said.

If you can't be civil. Please leave

Edit. That goes for everyone in the thread

It's not that I lack brains, but value my time better in other areas.

I can think of better ways to spend time than getting shitfaced around people I don't like.

Not a lot but with a couple of vehicles and the mileage that me and my family drives it would be very handy when I service them over the years.

Its a pretty penny.

I've had to explain this to some of my friends. I'm a tight ass, but I'll spend the money on things that are worth it. I have $186 worth of steam credit from almost two months ago that I have yet to spend. But I also just spent $320 on shocks.

Solid cash but it won't break the bank if you're looking for one because you'd already be planning on buying it anyways.

Yeeah I'd never buy a powered grease gun, and I'm dumb with my money when it comes to tools.

Just install a longer hose on the manual, and that was the picture I had in my mind for a greasing job ;)  or "lube" :D but lube could also mean oil, but I mean lube the joints or the Zerts or whatever their called. I seriously work on my vehicle all the time. I did a whole rear axle in a parking lot, I do oil changes in the parking lot of parts stores, oil pan on street, yoke on street. I have never done a greasing job xD

You only say that because you spend all of your money on other tools. Checkmate! ;)

I did. Went from a 10" hose to an 18" hose. Still need 3 hands.

Then yes you need power tool for greasing lube jobs

Ball joints and tie rod ends aren't as big of an issue though because I can rest one end of the body on the floor because I don't have to lay down to get to them.

if it fights you, its not worth it lol. .5 for a LOF, that little zerk isn't worth fighting for.

It's not like you need shock towers.

Never forget that this actually fits in a Miata. Though I still don't really know how.
