I'm just wondering recently while taking a shower. (Shower thoughts in short.)

 

Is LED monitor with IPS harmful or safer for our eyes? If it's harmful, is it safer without IPS?

IPS is literally just the type of panel. It only affects colors and viewing angles.

 

EDIT: yeah its not an issue

Flicker free displays or jitter free displays do and you could also use f.lux to tint your monitor to a warmer color to help your eyes.

IPS isnt worse or better for eyes btw.

By warmer i mean it gives the display a red tint which helps your eyes

What will affect your eyes is the backlight, which is what produces the light you see.

The backlight has nothing to do with the panel type.

Yes the diffrence between ips and tn is how they are arranged to reflect light which wont have any impact.
