That's great and all, but what's the point? Can't overclock an Xbox, so I don't see much reason to replace the stock cooling. And that's coming from someone who still plays console games. Sometimes.

Pointless but there are quite a few Xbox360 water cooled out there. Dunno why you would water cool it though since Console is for plug n play and water cooling defeats that purpose.

I just took the time to think about all the people we would be gaming with/against if there was no Xbone/PS3(4)/360. I'm so grateful PC is a big enough hassle to keep the ignorant away. Fingers crossed that tax time doesn't bring more console converts.

More of these Enthusiast why nots never hurt anyones creativity, something like this might inspire another something....

There is no why, it is an idea thats documented for public knowledge, I think if you want to do this, add lighting or throw it in a custom case, would look pretty nice. Aesthetics alone.

If it was an alternative console (ie: fictional or not) would the same outcry be heard, or is it ppl just "generally" hate on these new ones.

I dont really see a point because there hasn't been an issue with heat for the Xbox One (as far as I know).

The xbox 360 made sense cuz it runs hot.

 

PS4 might be worth it since people were having overheating issues.

The money spent on a watercooling kit for an XboxOne, you might as well have went with a Pc instead.
