Can you overclock on H97

I have always used AMD and this is my first time using intel in a gaming PC besides using xeons in servers and budget gaming builds . So for starters I bought a i5 4670k with a corsair h55 water cooler and I'm looking for a motherboard I can overclock on while trying to stay under $60 used ,refurbished ,or new . Only BCLK, not 'real' overclocking. You need Z97 for that (or Z87, but you might need to update the BIOS in that case)

At least no multiplier overclocking. Maybe BCLK. 

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Basically it will depend on what is still in stock, because LGA 1150 is EOL.
