Cannot boot past windows logo / cannot post

Recently noticed some issues with my pc. After gaming sessions whenever I’d leave my pc for a few minutes it’d almost always blue screen with a dpc watchdog violation. After I’d try to restart the computer wouldn’t come on at all, but the ram would light up. After turning it off at the PSU once or twice, it will come on but will get stuck before even reaching the login screen. I’ve tried restarting it over and over again and nothing changes. I’m now unable to get into BIOS and sometimes the AORUS logo glitches when booting. Any help is appreciated because i have no clue what this is.

Clear CMOS, if that doesn't help if you have multiple RAM sticks try booting with only one / the other.

Cleared CMOS and it just booted to a black screen and never displayed. Restarting fixed that, both ram sticks on their own produce the same result of freezing on the windows logo

update: if it sits off for a while it will consistently boot up(but it still always freezes on the windows loading), but after restarting it a few times when it freezes loading it starts only lighting up the ram and not starting at all.
