1% low fps

Any help with very low 1% low fps .

sys:

cpu :12600

gpu: 4060ti 

ram: 16gb/3200hz

storage : samsung m.2 nvme

I get very low 1% fps 2-10fps , when my avg. Fps 300 (low settings ), games stutter a lot  . 
bios and chipset are uptodate 

XMP are enabled.

1x16 GB or 2x8 GB RAM? Also, which games in particular?

 

Maybe try something like MSI Afterburner to monitor CPU and GPU usage while in game, see if there are spikes of any kind when FPS drops that low. Or temps are suspiciously high.

without knowing the game(s) its impossible to say if this is hardware or software limitation. 

 

also frankly i have no idea how you guys deal with dropping framerates on modern hardware, my frames never drop (outside of like loading screens lol)

RAM 2x8 (1b&2b)

In APEX LEGENDS 

im use msi afterburner CPU usage 30-40% GPU ~ 50% usage .

my game is capped at 165hz (monitor refresh rate) and the fps is consistent at 165 no dropps, CPU N GPU Temp at ~ 50c.
