Its not even that good tbh...

 

The 212 evo is comparable, that really low profile noctua cooler is also very similar i believe.

My Wraith Spire cooler (that came with the Ryzen 7 1700), kept my CPU at 60 degrees C (stress testing at stock speeds), compared to 49 degrees C on a be quiet Dark Rock 3 (same scenario, same ambient temperature).

 

So I would guess a little 'less good' cooler, hyper 212 Evo would be somewhat comparable (but taller)
