Concider it repaired.

Hermes was so kind they upgraded your tempered glass into the new and even better shattered glass.

i think you would be better with a new case, but keep the cables before sending it back, if they don't ask for them.

Yeah right i should phone up and thank them for the airflow mod they did for free xD but refund is inbound soon and hopefully keep the case as I've taken it apart ready for paint xD
