Depends on your budget, for the car and the PC, as with a car comes tax, insurance, gas, MOT etc and that can rack up quite a bill. But it depends on where you need to go or get, if everything is within walking/cycling distance I would say PC, although a car can provide greater freedom.

A PC though requires all the peripherals, PC parts (if you're building it), electricity bills etc.

In the end it just depends on what you want more, or if you can afford both.

I would've said car as it can save time with getting to work.

The car thread in the off topic will vouch for car

The rest of us will probably say PC

I was thinking if I get the car, the car is being sold for a lot under its actual market value. Its worth 10k but the person only wants 2.5k so I could use it for a bit, get to work, get my paycheck, and when it comes time I could sell the car after maybe putting a little into it for around 12-15k.

Honestly figure out where your priorities lie.

If you're a typical teenager, then pussy.

If you're not then my advice is simple, and complex at the same time. Figure out your data points. High end, mid range, and budget. then contrast them agaainst your other options.. (that's the girlfriend although I wouldn't come right out and say it.) Low end, mid range, and golddigger.

Honestly if you haven't figured out you've got a keeper yet, then just do what you need to do.

I'd get that car checked out thoroughly if it's that much under market price, could be a lemon or a bargain. If it's all good then buy, run it for a bit, sell it at market value and use the profit to buy a cheap car and pc.

I.e. car...you'd have a much higher chance of getting a ride if you have a ride whereas no grill will give a damn about your PC :P

Looking at my signature are we now? Well too bad there's nothing here...
