Posted April 1, 2017 Just like the title says what aftermarket 1080 ti cards are you excited about? Personal i am excited about the Asus ROG strix. OC or not OC IDC whatever one i can get first. Sadly its not because of specs or anything. I have a ASUS Motherboard and a ROG Swift Monitor. I want to the lighting to sync and all of the components to play nicely. Also I do like ASUS quality. Posted April 1, 2017 Author I have been watching the ASUS live feed from Germany this morning and they just announced a GTX 1080 TI Poseidon edition. This is cool but they said available end of Q2. too late for that option for me. Newegg is starting to get non founders cards and Evga was taking preorders for a hot minute. I had a Ram stick go bad and now i have to RMA the whole KIT so my system will be down for a while. ill probably get my 1080 ti and not be able to use it. My 970 is look long in the tooth. It is/was a real thing, but they've fixed it in new cards and offer cooling pads that you can either install yourself or send your card in for EVGA to do it themselves.
