Is FX 9590 worth the money?

Hi, I'm looking for a complete AMD build for my friend and which should be adequate enough to be game for next 4 years with decent performance (at least 40 fps only) and if no, then shall I make him wait for ryzen 6/5 whenever if its going to launch.

If you wan't to know the budget, it's INR 55k, so suggest us by going into in.PCPARTPICKER.com as stuff in USD doesn't help because of heavy import duty.

P.s. - We're going for ASUS Dual-Fan Radeon Rx 480 4GB OC Edition AMD Gaming Graphics Card with DP 1.4 HDMI 2.0 DUAL-RX480-O4G DUAL 4GB

All kinds of suggestion are welcomed (we can rest with intel too).

Ryzen 5 will launch on April 11th, I would definitely wait for that instead.

No. That CPU was not worth it from its release date.

1.) You can't make it run reliably on that motherboard, you need the expensive 990FX motherboard that can handle 220W TDP.

2.) You either need expensive AIO cooler to keep it cool or expensive beefy air cooler

Please get a san disk instead of kingston, they do all kind of shady practices with their ssd:

The main problem I see in India is that even austin evans $500 (INR32.5k) boson, costs us more than INR60K to build, which is overwhelming.

I would hold off until the new Ryzen CPUs are out, even if you don't buy one the prices for the FX CPUs will either come down or you'll be able to pick them up used for cheap.

Nobody should buy FX line up any more, it is obsolete in brand new terms due to its weak IPC, wait for ryzen 5 or get a kaby lake

You could make a h110m + g4560 on a GTX 1050ti and 8gb of ram, it wouldn't be that much more expensive while being a e-sports ready machine that also can handle other games decently for an entry level.
