Loking for cheap quiet aircooler AM3.

hello guys i want to buy a cpu cooler for AM3 the goal is to be quieter than the stock AMD cooler because mine gets worse and worse. I won't be looking to overclock. I guess any aftermarket cooler can match the performance of the stock one.

I would recommend LC Power Cosmo Cool 95, LC-CC-95.

Much quieter than my Athlon II's stock cooler and better.

I got mine for 13€.

What is your budget? The 212 EVO is decent but it depends on the budget.

212 evo is a great CPU fan, I have an 8350 and it always stays well within safe temp limits. It very rarely goes above 60c. Mine idles at around 20c

I had a look at CM 212 EVO. But i would say that's expensive for what i need it. Arctic freezer doesn't look bad but as far as i know smaller fans are moar noizy.

Try the Zalman CNPS10X Extreme, if you don't wanna spend that much, choose the Performa.

In my signature. Phenom II x6 1055T. Located in Europe. But the stock cooler just sounds like hair dryer.

its dead silent , even at 100% it makes almost no noise
