No shroud? This isn't even a 980. If anything, this looks more like a 210. Half height PCI-E bracket, removable VGA connector... You wouldn't find that on any "high end" model. Only on the low end trash.

In any case, I've sent a "question" to the seller, will see what they have to say. (if anything at all)

 

Bloody hell, after making a simple search, the GPU I found, that would match the one in the picture... "MSI Radeon HD 6450", IT'S NOT EVEN AN NVIDIA GPU!?

Why does ebay still not have any way to report these kind of obviously fake listing... This is why we still have people show up in the news to say they bought something but ending up getting some "copy" of it or just a picture of it...

He apparently didn't know it obviously wasn't a 980?

Amazing how small they managed to make the 980! Doesn't even need decent cooling! I'm amazed and I totally endorse the idea of buying this.

Joke's on you. That fan spins at 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,003.75 RPM.

Aerocool DS are the best fans you've never tried.
