That will be quite heavy bottleneck. Just get 1060 then. It will still play almost all games on ultra 60FPS while recording with Shadow Play.

yes it can do 120FPS+ at ultra 1080p while recording if you have a good CPU.

it's a 1440p card and it's more than what you need a GTX 1060 6GB will do good with 1080p 60FPS if you want to save money but the GTX 1070 is A LOT more powerful and will last you longer.

Probably, the CPU is very weak. If you plan on rendering videos in the future, there might be a problem. It also depends on your internet speed if you want to stream.
