1060 6GB might be best but you might consider adding some money up to GTX 1070

Well 300 bucks and 1440p and VR is no combination yet, but the 1060 6Gb comes closeby and 1440p on lower settings  is good to do. But ultra 60fps is not always able in every game.

A 1070 would do all easy, but cost more.

Cpu: Amd FX 8350

RAM: 16 gigs of Corsair XMS3

GPU: MSI Radeon R9 380

I'm looking for a new graphics card. What graphics card can run any game at 1440p 60fps and is vr ready?

Gtx 1070 would be your best bet although do note that your 8350 would bottleneck it in most titles. The bottleneck however shouldn't be bad enough for you not to get 60 fps.

Cards like the MSI gaming, Asus Strix and EVGA with ACX 3.0 coolers are also very good 1070 cards.

What are you looking to play at 1440p at 60fps? The gtx 1070 would have no trouble pushing that on almost all titles. There are only a few games that you are probably going to run into cpu bottleneck issues. Pretty well any game that there are tons of actions going at once producing loads of draw calls like clustered areas in large MMO servers, or areas with large amounts of small particles or objects that need constantly updated. That being said, you still should only take around a 5fps hit or so more than something like a 4690k.

Yep, I'd say about any gtx 1070 should let you run at 1440p. Most even lower clocked cards using custom aib coolers will overclock to about what that's supposed to run out of the box for a bit less. But if you're more comfortable with getting one that's heavily factory overclocked that will be a good decision.
