Do those fans draw air through the radiator from an AC duct or something? Not like they'd need to, but if they did...

I think you became Linus' hero.

I had no idea people where actually using these rads (I am planning on doing so, but thought I'd be one of those crazy people)

Also the wall mounting is exactly what I would do with it, but I need to find a way to easily remove it when going to LAN-parties.

BUT, I double dare you to get another 1080 Rad with Noctua's  :P

you sir are the reason there are still rubber grommets in the back of computer cases epic setup man its so simplistic yet balls to the wall at the same time i wish all my fingers were thumbs so i could give you 10 thumbs up :D at least my second favorite build iv seen on this forum to date would be number 1 but its taken by http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/17364-project-akula-dimastech-bench-watercooled-tri-gtx-680/

i do have a question now that theres two rads it seems you have mounted them to the wall and idk if my eyes are tricking me but it looks like its up against it or do u have a gap or have you made a side venting shroud for the back of the rads

Thx for your kind post :)

There is enough distance to let the air through :) On the top, the bottom and the sides the air can pass =) (colored the side ventilation blue in paint, just to make it more clear)

Thx :) I had the Noctuas from my previous build, but the 12 (9x rad & 3 case) Noctuas were ~250 C$

I think they are the best fans on rads and when pwm controlled, they can spin @ 300rpm without any sound :) perfect for my silent system =) very very silent, almost unaudible :)

What's your opinion on your case? I have the same one. I bought it for its sleek looks

No... I'm not ready for my thread to die, not yet.... nooooo......

New babies on the way ;) 2x8GB

MY-365-CS_400.jpg

I swap my existing 4x4GB for these 2x8GB because my old sticks are 1333MHz and i can't OC my BCLK higher without proper (1600+ MHz) RAM :) So I am trying to get the i7-950 to 4.2+ GHz ;)
