Touching headphones causes screen to flash

Whenever I come back from doing something, say getting water, and I grab my headphones the screen flashes black and turns back on. My headphones are plugged into a DAC so I'm confused on why it does this. Sometimes it even makes the screen fuzzy, like it changed the resolution to 720p but when I go into my settings it still says 1440p. It only changes my main monitor as well, not my 3 other monitors. Any help would be great because I have no idea where to start. Components in my sig

Your house or your DAC has a grounding problem.

Seems to be static. (I mean no other way to explain it :D.

Remove DAC check if it happens again, try different extension cable to your PC..

So just try to use it without the DAC? What if it's an issue with the house? Different outlet?

First try without a dac, if it still happens then its a problem with your house wiring and you could try a different plug.
