different cursor for the forum

samiscool51

i know it's possible with HTML, a custom cursor when you visit the forum,

maybe a orange cursor, a smug Linus, or a finger pointing the way a normal cursor points

something to invest time into, also maybe turn it off by default in settings and let the user chose if they want it on or off

****SORRY FOR MY ENGLISH IT'S REALLY TERRIBLE*****

Been married to my wife for 3 years now! Yay!

if ($usercursor = 1 {
echo '
<style>
  html {
    cursor:url(datimage.png), auto;
  }
</style>'
;
}

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

An option is nice, I'm not really in favor of one so I appreciate the thought.

If it was optional, sure, but if I was forced to use it I think I'd just stop using the forum. Custom cursors in general annoy the living daylights out of me.

I think a few (but only a few) people would use it for a few days, but then the novelty would wear off and almost everybody would switch back to the regular cursor, so it would not be worth our time.

well, if you make it extremly hard to find that setting, like needing to solve a pusle after clicking a random pixel of Linus profile or something then it would be cool, otherwise its not worth the time and noone would use it, also the way of getting it should be changed pretty often so tutorials arent a thing that stay relevant so its still hard and wont just be revealed to the world and then everyone has it and then noone wants it because everyone has it

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

There's 2073600 in a 1080p monitor. Thats a lot of pixels to click

i said it should be hard, also it shouldent be 1 pixel because that could get messy with different resolutions and stuff but i mean like a really small spot in a really random spot basically
