It doesn't seem to matter at all though.. In pi-fast and stuff it does, but in xtu and cinebench it doesn't seem to do anything at all.

1.65-1.7V. Gave me the best performance in XTU on these sticks. Lower tRAS a bit if you can't get it to work. And remember, only 2 sticks at a time.

Timings confuse me quite a bit never understood them.

Sidenote: this 4770k is so fucked over, was redoing my OC and it won't even do 4.4 at 1.42v with a vccin of 2.0 and a PCH voltage of 1.0

Mine wouldn't go below 195. Try these and if you can still get it to 95, then let me know, that might open up an interesting possibility.

Well let me tell you what troubles I faced.

I have a place less than 1 mile from my house. But they don't have smaller tanks.

Ala, nothing less than 180Litres & also they don't deliver to residential addresses (its not legally allowed, I think).

The second option I have is to buy my own dewar tank which can cost a bit. Then get it filled from that place. But to add to troubles, I need a pickup truck to carry it & the price/litre they gave me was too high.

Also big places like Airgas & Linde require you to have a certified dewar or they won't fill it.

Yes. Gotta jump through quite some hoops.

With CPU pot + GPU pot + DMM + Thermometers + Dewar tank (if you need to get one) + Ln2 costs.

It will be around $1000 or more before you get to do an LN2 run. This is assuming you buy high end pots & doesn't include other insulation stuff or actual hardware you use or kill due to moisture or something. It's gonna be pricey. Take your time.
