Do you have audio interface?
If not, and if you wanna have simplified setup, probably grab microphone with USB interface, such as JLab talk. But I would suggest if you have more budget to USD100, you should go for Audio Technica AT2020 USB+

 

If you already have audio interface, some budget mic such as Behringer XM8500 would be a banger, since it cost <USD20

I upgraded from an ancient ModMic wireless and my friends all noticed how I sounded a lot more podcasty.

Just plug-n-play. It's entirely functions through the included USB-C to USB-A cable. I did not do any configuration whatsoever. It immediately worked perfectly on Discord and Helldivers 2.
