First look at performance of Custom Cooled GTX 1080's

Hunter259

This looks to be what Nvidia was showing off. 2100 core clock with very little tweaking and running impressively cool! Keep in mind that this is still just the reference board design so expect custom boards to hit numbers that are absolutely insane.

I prefer you to buy GTX 980 ti  it is still  better then GTX 1080.  I compare it on cpuboss.

CPUboss only tells you specs that can't be compared

Thats not at all how that works.... You can NOT compare across generations as CPUBoss only compares base stats. Go look at real world numbers.

You dont compare GPUs on CPUboos but on GPUboss.

That website is utter shit with no information value as most of things there are false.

Lol, Nvidia wouldn't even bother releasing the 1080 if it couldn't outperform the 980ti.

*snip*

xD oh my god is that real?  I knew that site was pretty not great, but this is a whole new level of fail...

Solve your own audio issues  |  First Steps with RPi 3  |  Humidity & Condensation  |  Sleep & Hibernation  |  Overclocking RAM  |  Making Backups  |  Displays  |  4K / 8K / 16K / etc.  |  Do I need 80+ Platinum?

If you can read this you're using the wrong theme.  You can change it at the bottom.

Looks great! Now if that was priced like the 980 Ti today, that'll be impressive.

EVGA GTX 1080 Hybrid, plz plz plz :D! I have the money but the product isnt yet available :/.

Altough it makes me wonder, i could also get the Hydro Copper (when it comes out, which i supose will be first than the Hybrid), save a little more, and get some serious cooling on it. Hmmmm, questions. Any suggestions?
