possible to build $120 PC for CS:GO and LoL?

hi there, i was just wondering, is it possible to build a complete system (without monitor) which can smoothly run CS:GO and League of legends around mid settings?
looking for a fair amount of fps in 768x1366 or maybe 1080p xD

i know this sounds hilarious but i am pretty much sure that its possible.

anyone got any ideas?

POST UPDATE:
here is the challenge-
>it needs to be stable and run on idle for 30 days without any bsod
>end of this time my total power consumption needs to be less then others
>and it needs to run CS:GO and League of legends.

Things which DOSE NOT matter- case, PSU, storage.

TIA

True, it's all about getting a good deal, most of the parts are just kind of his luck in finding stuff at used stores, garage sales, etc. he has a lot of videos like that. It's not concrete, but it's a place to start :)

You can probably get a q6600, board, and ram for 50 bucks, a case and psu for 20, and the find a video card for 70.

it's possible

not with new parts though

AMD's APU + motherboard + case and psu combo + cheap HDD + 4gb of ddr3 ram

you can probably get all these within your budget if you try hard enough, albeit used

-sigh- feeling like I'm being too negative lately

Check the computer parts section weekly, looking for good deals.

I managed to snag a 660ti for 70 dollars using this method, but you never know on craigslist.

Q6600 and a low/mid end used GPU should be fine

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

Builds:

The Toaster Project! Northern Bee!

The original LAN PC build log! (Old, dead and replaced by The Toaster Project & 5.0)

I've made gaming pcs like those for less than $100 before. It's all about getting a good deal, strike at the used market whenever a good deal pops up and soon you'll have a gaming pc for $120

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W
