this is the best i could find on a limited time, It would be alright for games, but you would get something better if you built it yourself.

You dont care about having a better PC for your money?

you will almost always get better value for money building than buying off the shelf

Get a console.

I'm not trying to be an ass, it is just that even building a gaming PC for that price I don't think it would be worth it.

You're going to get a PC whose CPU and GPU are already "low end" if you build one and if you buy a premade PC then critical components likely will be so out of date that it will not meet the minimum requirements for some games now and many games in the not too far off future.

Even building one yourself I suggest around $700 - $800 as that will get you a CPU and GPU that will last 3-4 years easy, possibly longer if you're fine with turning things down to medium or low to stretch it out a bit longer.

At that point you'd likely only need a simple GPU upgrade to get another 3+ years out of the thing.

Seriously, if you spend that little on a PC that you plan to game on you're going to end up in a situation where in short order you're going to find your self saying "Crap, I should have just spent a bit more and bought ___" because while you may spend less up front you're going to need more expensive and major upgrades much sooner than if you spend a bit more up front.

I was not replying to you, but to the person taht said "dont buy a $600 pc get a console" when you can build a really good pc for $600

Also, I could never in 100 years recommend a prebuilt at $600, you are just shooting yourself in the foot by getting a worse computer for your money

windos + shiping + time = 200 + 600 = 800

get a windows key off reddit for like $30

takes about an hour to build, so $10 of your time

Shipping from many places is free or cheap

Now if your arent from the US, giving us your budget in USD dollars is pointless, since we should be looking at your local currency and shops

While technically possible, I generally bump the price up a bit as I don't like to buy from 5 different places and I try to stick to places with good return policies.

I also like to factor in the price of a copy of Windows and while you can get a Windows key for $20 - $30 from a key reseller many people aren't comfortable buying from such places.

Can I ask, what is so wrong with building it yourself? Why must it be a pre-built?

You would get better value for money if you built it yourself.
