Best $300 - $340 graphics card that beats anything else?

My build is a gaming build so I need something that plays all of the newest games up to high or ultra at 1080p or more at least 60fps or more, anything out there? Btw I have a big computer case too so no mini cards are something like that

R9 390. Nothing else worth buying at that price unless you already have a G-Sync monitor and don't want to lose that functionality.

Used 290x's are a really good deal if you can find them around 200 dollars, or more depending on the cooler it comes with.

For new though, I'd say the R9 390 with the insane amount of vram it has.

The Sapphire Nitro R9 390 is probably going to be your best bet. It has a great cooler and seems to be the best performing 390 on the market, Sapphire has been doing a great job with their cards the last few years. At 1080p it and the GTX 970 trade blows, but usually when the 390 wins it wins pretty significantly while when the 970 wins the 390 usually isn't too far behind. If you want Nvidia I'd probably get an EVGA GTX 970 SSC card, as it's always nice to buy from a company with good customer support and the SSC cards usually overclock pretty well too (unlike their SC cards). But if I was in the market for a card today I'd buy the Sapphire Nitro R9 390, or the MSI Gaming R9 390 if for some reason the Sapphire Nitro was sold out or was selling at too high a price. The PowerColor PCS+ R9 390 should be a really nice card too. I'd avoid both Asus and Gigabyte for AMD cards, their R9 290 and R9 290x were both awful.
