Starting January 1st, 2021, we will be handing out awards based on new higher folding badge thresholds. These new values have been decided due to the increase of power a GPU can provide; this has made it much easier to achieve badges in recent years. Anyone holding a current badge will be grandfathered in! This means you won't have your badge downgraded after the new thresholds come into effect.    F@H Badge Thresholds In order to be rewarded with the Folding @ Home badge, please

Just remember folks, thinking about those new NVidia cards, the issues with Maxwell have still not been totally sorted out last I heard, so you still encounter some problematic projects on the 750. I assume the same will be for the 800 series. Hopefully as they become more popular, FAH gets things fixed up.

Just remember folks, thinking about those new NVidia cards, the issues with Maxwell have still not been totally sorted out last I heard, so you still encounter some problematic projects on the 750. I assume the same will be for the 800 series. Hopefully as they become more popular, FAH gets things fixed up.

 

A few weeks ago the F@H] developers filled us in on what they knew. The problem with Maxwell is actually a driver issue that Nvidia themselves needs to fix. They brought it to Nvidia's attention, but based on how cooperative Nvidia usually is with 3rd party developers and how small the amount of people using the GTX 750 ti solely for F@H, I can't see this being Nvidia's top priority. Odds are we won't have a fix until the high-end Maxwell GPUs are released.

I was at around 320ish but I had to stop folding for awhile and I fell back to like 400. I'm folding again so I'll move back up.

New guy here! Technically started on New Year's day 2015 (I tried to run the folding app on my laptop over winter break).

 

Ranked 867th as of today lol. Slow climb but I'm getting there. I got 154113 points on 294 WUs.
