Less than 2500AUD Mid-High level PC Build

Hi all, I was playing around on pccasegear.com and I got this list of parts:

http://www.pccasegear.com/sc/Slf8

I was looking for something around the mid-high range, not spending over $2500. Current build on website is $2323 and I was just wondering if:

a) All of the components are good quality, compatible, and will not blow up/die on me. Also trying to find a CPU cooler that will fit in the case and be quite effective. I don't plan on overclocking currently, but that may be something I consider in the future (so should allow for that).

b) I am not paying a lot for something that I could get the same performance from something else that is cheaper/better quality.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated, so please chime in!

P.S this is my first time posting on any forum, anywhere, so if there is anything I have left out, please let me know!

Some guy called my office, trying to sell me computers. I just said "oh you mean those little box's with the tv on top? Yeah, our accountant has some". He promptly gave up and hung up the phone lol

Use PCPartPicker.com

Welcome to the forums

Maybe get a x61 kraken for the cpu cooler

Get a different PSU, maybe a EVGA Gs or G2

Thank you so much for the quick reply. I have used PCPartPicker, but it doesn't have the case I was looking at, do you have any recommendations for that as well?

You could always set the case as a custom part and insert the URL/Price manually :3

Theres a lot of misinformation about PSU's in this forum. That PSU you have selected is completely fine. If you wanna see a list which was compiled check out this: http://linustechtips.com/main/topic/404921-strmfrmxmns-psu-whitelist/

I am not going to second this, you can overclock the 4690k, and i would rather have a more expensive gpu than a cpu... Gpu is more important during gaming so a 4690k and a 980ti would be great...

Has ebola been spread here?

DO NOT LISTEN TO THIS PERSON OP. He has no clue what he is talking about. If the build is for gaming stick with your list as it is. DO NOT downgrade to a 970 from a 980Ti if its within your budget, and you will only need an i5 for gaming.

My eyes.

Why would you suggest changing to Skylake and downgrading his GPU? This is literally aids.

Can now confirm ebola has spread to this topic somehow.

I did read the post, its pretty hard to considering your terrible formatting, but even so, youre still giving poor advice. Why not leave the 980Ti atleast and leave a note saying if you want it cheaper then swap out the 980Ti.

For a GAMING build, why would you ever downgrade his GPU if he has it within his budget and had it in his original spec list?
