yeah, the 750 really bottlenecks the 4790k and gives you really low fps in games

buy a 980ti instead

Yes the gpu is so much weaker than the cpu that your cpu will commit suicide due to the shame it feels working with such a low level partner/jk

 

In all seriousness the 750 is a very weak gpu, so no but don't expect much out of a 750

Yes it will bottleneck the 4790k. Go with a 980Ti.

 

or 4690k + R9 390.

One thing you guys should consider is that the gpu is dependent on the cpu not the other way around, and bottlenecking is not the same as meh performance due to the 750 being weak as both the cpu and gpu could be fully utilized, just not likely in a gaming senario for instance

the GPU will not "bottleneck" the CPU that is not possible if your question is can the processor handle a much better GPU then yes even an i5 4690 can handle a 980 ti I think even more than one but I’m not sure about that.

Spend less on the cpu and more on the gpu
