how does one cool a cpu like that

it diddnt come with a fan

it has half a gig of memory

the number on the bottom of it is:

Gigabye GV-NX73G128D-RH

This is what i see on new egg

It was in a school computer that they gave to me for free... the CPU was an intel core 2 duo (pretty shitty)

the motherboard is some really really cheap intel motherboard (ATX) without any video output on the motherboard, guessing thats why it had a gpu installed lol

now i dont have a fan on me of any sort

but i have this:

this is a huge ass fan that i own, any suggestions on what i could do to cool my gpu with it?

It's passive cooling meaning because it outputs very little heat or power consumption it doesn't need a fan

if it does not come with a fan, then its passively cooled, and can run fine as is.

arent alll things cooled by air :)

kek

I meant more as in cooled only by the heat spreader spreading its heat and mixing with cool air and not a fan forcing air into a heat sink.

Haha wellcome to the world of passive cooling :)

Don't dare to use a fan ever again /s

Edit: And yes the card is toally fine without a fan due to the fact the natural convection is suffisient.

It is a passive cooler for a GPU that produces little heat. You can't do that for any high end GPU

You can zip tie fans...

lol

take a look at the passive 680..

Sadly this card was only a showcase and never made it to mass productin. I would have baught it btw :)

The only way is to go massive DIY.
