I would just like to say to everyone, did anyone see the examples? Most are just dialog (some better than others) after a few shots of the computer. None are really too creative. For example, one of the ideas that I will not be using for my video is perhaps you can act out a scene in which you emphasize the size of your bezels (I have a triple monitor setup with 2 diff. model monitors and huge bezels). Some intro, "I'm gonna go on my PC", shot of the bezels, "what it feels like" caption, standing in front of a pole trying to play a game, vision clearly obstructed. Result is a skit that shows off your current system, has a tie-in for why you need an ultrawide, and is funny. Get creative!

my motherboard is on RMA right now, so I did what I could :/

I hope its good enough, it was hard trying to put all into 30 secs

filmed with sj5000+ and my phone.

 

 

Current Setup:

i5 3570k, GTX 770, h100i, z77x-ud5h, 8gb vengence ram all in Corsair C70.

Generic mouse (Don't buy sidewinder x8 mouse), sidewinder x4 keyboard (do buy). 

And the icing on the cake, G27 Wheel. which is (be suprised) an entry-level simulator racing wheel.

I got 32" fhd display and 19" accessory display.

Also got a Hi-Fi setup, its an 6 years old spkears paired with a 10 years old subwoofer I had in the garage. I bought a 15 bucks amplifer to run them together on the PC.


My dream setup includes VR headsets (probably oculus), 2 wide screen displays, decent 5.1 audio setup and a fanatec wheel setup.

Oh well, took way more time than I thougt, but was good fun!

Hello, this is my setup video (WARNING HEADPHONE USERS). I made this vid with movie maker... I thought of giving up after several crashes and missing features, but my wish of winning didn't let me. YouTube.

Im sorry Linus, All my current pc's are broken.. and my phone doesnt allow me to put videos up... 

But Ill try to give you the idea:

Anyway current broken setups
Dell m6700 student laptop (thanks classmate for breaking)
Fujitsu r920 (bought for 35 euros is not posting) 


so where does my dreamsetup start?

A supermicro 4028GR-TRT offcource... Well you say that is not a gaming rig? Indeed it will most off the time not be used as such as well... I need all the pcie lanes of that beast...
