but in Egypt *we are a big community and good gamers *
it will take more than 2 years to be ready
i just want to know the required servers and if i can rent them until i get enough money

They amount of servers and bandwidth you need to to pricy unless you have lots of $$$$$$$$$$

Bandwidth isn't free.

 

For something even that small you better be prepared to lose lots and lots of money for awhile and then hope it actually turns profitible.

This is what YouTube is for.

I doubt you could do it, due to the bandwidth and the expensive servers required.

Even if you did all of that, no-one would watch the videos, they are not on YouTube.

If you wanted to make an infrastructure for sharing videos, then P2P would DEFINITELY be your best choice.

That could actually be possible.
