A fan

And water. Lots of water.

EDIT:

Interesting fan idea I saw yesterday: hang a damp towel in front of the fan (or your air conditioning system) to spread slightly damp air into your room/house

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

It's 35 degrees Celsius currently and I cannot bare extreme heat. I prefer to stay in an air conditioned environment when it is this hot.

Hydration is important if it's not feasible.

Stay hydrated, move your PC to a room that doesn't get that warm, although my basement stays 20-23 degrees when it's 40 degrees celcius outside I'm not willing to go through the hassle though :P You could always get a mobile air conditioning unit or make the mythical ventilator-ice cube box

You could take some extra computer fans and force a old power supply to function without a motherboard. Usually I just say in the basement if it hot as hell.

I have a few wristbands from festivals, which I make wet. That helps a lot.

Then of course a fan or something to keep the air moving.

When the sun is shining close the window and at night leave it open for the fresh and colder air to come in.

a small damp towel to wrap around your neck cooling the jugular veins.

and while standing in front of a fan I have a mist sprayer to spray my face and exposed skin and let that fan dry it off.

20" box fan with a thin wet towel on its intake side. My version of an evaporative cooler.

Or you can get a legit one from amazon, but it'll be much more expensive than my $20 box fan and towel method.

we just got over a 40C heatwave a couple days ago, with my laptop i cut a hole under the fan for more air and used it on top of a block of ice in a lazagna dish.. went from 80C at the CPU to 50C... (this is how i have to play GTAV ATM.. otherwise my laptop hits 80C and throttles :( )
