What's is the min time to windows to boot ? Who here have the fastest? :D (approxmately)

What's is the min time to windows to boot ? Who here have the fastest? :D (approxmately)

I'd like to say 5 seconds, but honestly I don't know.  Windows is pretty sluggish as far as boots go though.

Windows boots quicker than my monitor does soooo yh...  :mellow:

 

Anyone booting off a SSD will have fast enough boot times tbh

From what pushing the button or finally when UEFI Bios goes away

Nvidia is to Dr Dre Beets as AMD is to KFC.

One makes you broke, the other you can get more of and have a midnight snack from the fridge when hungry again. Once you go Nvidia, you go broked, turn into an Elitist, or get the incorrect amount of VRAM.

I don't have Windows 8 / 8.1, so my boot times aren't as fast as they could be. However, from power button to Desktop, I'd say it's under 30 seconds. Maybe like 20.

On my shitty computer, it boots up around 8 seconds. Windows 8 is very optimized for horrible hardware :P

Counting the bios screen, probably around 30 seconds, otherwise around 15-20.

10-5 to get to the login screen 5 sec - instant to log in

Btw anybody with a Intel 750 pice wins automatically.

As soon as I hit my power button, AsRock UEFI boot with ultra boot installed, about 3 seconds.

Your laptop is probably using hybrid boot, sort of like a partial hibernate where it writes the kernel and device drivers to the system hibernate file before you shut down.  I don't have it enabled because it takes up space on my 120gb SSD as well as using up unnecessary write cycles.
