No way that is real the Titan X is already a full Maxwell chip.
The only way it could be a new card is either a process shrink or it's Pascal and neither seems a possible from what we know.
Or maybe it's just a dual Titan X card.

This is just getting silly. First Titan, Then Titan Black, Then Titan Ti... They're just not letting people have the full potential of the chip.

Well there has to be the premium card that separates normal people from elite. jk

 

But the thing is, iirc for older Titans, they are the full chips. I mean if they released Titan X as a 980Ti, and the 980Ti as a 985, there would still be a full chip card but with a different name so you wouldn't noticed it so easily.  :P

Quick thoughts on system: I7 is extremely quick and I'm glad I spent the extra for hyper-threading. I regret my decision to get the GTX 970, it has horrible coil whine. There isn't any excuse for this terrible whine I and others are having. I HIGHLY recommend a 144hz monitor. Future Improvements/upgrades: Rubber fan mounts, basic speakers, more ram (for a total of 16gb), replace GPU.

144hz is love. 144hz is life. I like to submit unfinished posts then do about 20 edits. I like the Night Theme too.

Well the only thing they can do now is release a dual GPU card, as they have released the "big daddy" Maxwell chip
