I need a computer and i dont have but $40 to spend, Newegg and eBay. Dont care how low the specs are just the best for $40

^ This. Also if you're lucky you can pickup a blade for free from nearby corporations who are switching out gear, but it will be noisy as fuck.

Go look at goodwill and yard sales and stuff. If you cant find one get a raspberry pie.

 

One time i made a cardboard box some Styrofoam and plexiglass into a fake computer and i had a Dry erase marker that i would write on the screen with and that cost about $25 to make/

Stuff the potatoes go straigt for the chip configuration you could have 3 way FRY set up for that price.
